Product testing

We conduct a full inspection of the finished products. Firstly, we manually detect plating defects and place the products in a tray to check for any missing materials, deformation, plating defects, etc. Then, we take samples and conduct smoke tests to check whether the mineral oxidation of the products meets the standards. Then, all products are visually inspected by a machine to screen for size defects and any missed tapping products. Finally, they are packaged and stored in the warehouse.
